Privacy
This page describes everything Sole Innovations does with data on soleinnovations.com. It is short because there is very little to describe.
What this site puts on your device
Nothing. No cookies. Nothing in local storage or session storage. No analytics, of any kind, from any vendor. No embedded video, no social widgets, no fonts fetched from a content delivery network. Every file this page loads comes from this domain.
There is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. No cookies, nothing in storage, no request to any other domain. Until 18 August 2026 the front page checked those three in your own browser and showed you the result. That check was removed with the section that carried it, so the statement now rests on this page rather than on something you can watch happen.
What our host sees
The site is static files, served by Vercel. Delivering a page means their servers receive the request, the way every web server does. We have turned on no analytics there, and we build no picture of visitors out of it.
If you write to us
The only contact route on this site is an email address. If you use it, we process what you chose to put in the message: your address, your name if you signed it, and whatever you wrote. We ask for nothing else, and there is no form to fill in. The mailbox is run by Zoho.
The purpose is reading your message and replying to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the thread it belongs to, and delete it after that.
Where this is processed
Both of the companies named above are American. Vercel states in its data-processing terms that its primary processing facilities are in the United States, and it does not promise that a request from Europe is handled inside the EEA. The mailbox sits in Zoho's American data centre, which you can check without asking us: mail for this domain is routed to mx.zoho.com, where a European Zoho account would be routed to zoho.eu.
So an email you send us is stored outside the EEA, and the request that fetched this page may have been logged outside it. Both companies name the European Commission's standard contractual clauses as the basis on which they move data out of Europe, and Zoho says staff at its Indian company may reach it while supporting the service. We would rather write that down than imply a guarantee we have not arranged. Nothing here transfers anything on its own: the only transfer that exists is the one you start by writing to us, and the ordinary server log of this page being delivered.
Who is responsible
Sole Innovations is the controller. Its registered name, address, organisation number and email address are at the foot of every page on this site, including this one.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict what we do with it while a disagreement about it is settled, and object to us holding it at all. Write to the address in the footer. That is the whole process. There is no account and no form standing between you and it.
If you think we have got this wrong, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
If this changes
If this site ever starts putting something on your device, this page is rewritten before that ships. The front page used to catch it too, by checking your browser and turning red on its own; that check is gone, so this promise is now kept by review rather than by the page itself.
